It is stated that the driving forces of this growth are flexibility, durability, energy efficiency and short construction time. While prefabricated buildings, which are in demand all over the world, create a fast and economical alternative for those who yearn for nature after the pandemic, in Turkey, they have become a warm home for those whose houses were destroyed after the earthquake. In particular, steel structures have become an alternative for those who are afraid of earthquakes and have started to see high demand recently.
