The winners of the MOPART painting contest organized by MOPAK for the children who continue their education from home due to the coronavirus pandemic to evaluate their spare time and have fun in the challenging conditions of the quarantine have been announced.

ISTANBUL (TR) - The MopArt painting competition, organized for the 20th time this year by the paper and notebook manufacturer MOPAK, was held between April 18 and May 17, 2020. The paintings that participated in the contest that touched the dreams of children with the theme of “My colorful world” were examined by the expert jury members and announced on the official Instagram account of MOPAK on 29 May. The children who won the competition in three different categories according to their age ranges had the chance to win many gifts such as game console, tablet, smart watch, bluetooth headset and electronic experiment set.

Stating that they designed the competition in order to measure the impact of the coronavirus on children and increase their motivation in this process, MOPAK General Manager E. Ruhi Molay said, “Based on the paintings from the competition, we should consult experts and establish a basis for minimising the psychological effects of the pandemic on children. We will continue to produce new projects for our children, who are supporting the process by staying at home and waiting for these difficult days to pass with great patience and hope, and to be partners in their excitement. Their colorful dreams are a great motivator for us as well.”
