Large companies that want to digitize their business processes and optimize efficiency find the solution in ERP applications. According to the latest data published by LinkedIn, more than 70% of large organizations use an ERP solution, yet only 53% of companies achieve success in the return on investment in ERP. The lack of talents with technological competencies lies behind this backdrop. The platform offering enterprise resource planning and business digitalization solutions is now preparing future technology leaders with a free training program for students in Ankara, following Istanbul.
TURKEY — Businesses facing different needs with the rapidly changing dynamics of the business world find the solution in cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications that facilitate and automate business processes. Today, more than 70% of large organizations benefit from ERP solutions, according to the latest data published by LinkedIn. More than 53% of businesses state that they have achieved a positive return on investment from ERP applications, yet nearly one in two companies still cannot obtain the desired efficiency. The main reasons include the lack of a clear vision and the talents to adapt the organization in the implementation of ERP systems. The 1Ci platform, offering ERP and business digitalization solutions, is now training the competent future employees needed by corporations with its training program for students in Ankara, following Istanbul.
1Ci, which offers flexible ERP and business digitalization solutions through business partners in more than 60 countries worldwide, will transform business, industry, and computer engineering students into the technology leaders of the future with its free training program, initially held at the Russian Science and Culture Center on February 3-4. The program, starting face-to-face, will continue with online training for one month. In the first phase of the training, participants will be introduced to the basic principles of ERP processes, and then students will have the chance to experience the functionality of the product with product sessions, practical tasks, and applications, and reconfiguration activities on 1C:Drive.
1Ci Turkey Country Director Mert Onay, noting that they have received a high demand from 8 universities in Ankara for the training programs, stated, "Seeing the interest of students from Turkey's world-renowned educational institutions such as Middle East Technical University, Gazi University, Hacettepe University, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, and Çankaya University motivates us. At the end of our training program, we will have students who have reached a certain level in ERP, the heart of production-oriented companies. It is very important for us to contribute to the training of these students."
Partner Excellence Manager and Training Director Marina Mareeva shared her thoughts: "The most fundamental feature of our training program is to start students from scratch on ERP and bring them to an expert level on 1C:Drive. We are happy to have implemented a project that is beneficial to both students and the business world."
According to information from 1Ci, the most successful participants will have the opportunity to become part of the 1Ci community as program graduates by receiving a certificate. They will be able to continue working with one of the 1Ci partner software companies in Turkey or become a partner with 1Ci.
