Various celebrations were held in many cities across Turkey to mark the 100th anniversary of the Republic. Educational institutions also hosted different events. Finally, 100,000 kindergarten students of the preschool English consultancy organization flew white balloons symbolizing peace into the sky.

TURKEY -  Students have joined the celebrations of the 100th anniversary of the Republic organized by educational institutions in Turkey. Finally, English Kids Academy's preschool students flew white balloons into the sky to wish for peace all over the world. Özgür Güloğlu, Founder of English Kids Academy, said: "This celebration, which we organized with nearly 100 thousand students in nearly 2 thousand kindergartens across Turkey, turned into a visual feast. As an institution, we wanted to make a difference in the 100th anniversary celebrations of the Republic. We flew thousands of white balloons into the sky with our students to symbolize peace."

"We want our children to achieve success in branches such as science, art and sports"

Özgür Güloğlu, Founder of English Kids Academy, stated that they support nearly 400 kindergartens and nurseries across Turkey and the TRNC every year to provide pre-school English education for their children and said, "I would like to pay tribute to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, and all his comrades-in-arms who fought for us to live in Turkey under these conditions. We are working to ensure that new generations take care of our country entrusted to them in the best way possible.  We work in unity for our children to be more successful in branches such as science, art and sports. One of the most important elements for our little ones, whom we want to achieve much better success in the world, is foreign language. Unfortunately, our country has a very important problem of 'receiving foreign language education but not being able to speak it'. Although we are one of the countries in the world that allocates the most time and resources to English education, unfortunately, we have not been able to solve this problem for years. We provide consultancy on how to provide the best English education to children in pre-school education, which we believe is the foundation of education. In this way, tens of thousands of students start primary school with a very good foundation in English."

"100th year of our Republic, our 10th year"

"Within the scope of the 100th anniversary of our Republic, we wanted to draw the attention of our kindergarten students to the meaning and importance of October 29th. All our kindergarten students in Turkey flew white balloons to the sky at the same time saying "Peace at Home, Peace in the World"," said Özgür Güloğlu, Founder of English Kids Academy:

"We celebrated the 100th anniversary of our Republic and invited the whole world to peace. As English Kids Academy, we are celebrating our 10th anniversary this year. We are very happy that our 10th anniversary coincides with the 100th anniversary of our Republic. While we are so happy, we are also sad that there are children suffering somewhere in the world. We hope that not a single child in the world will suffer anymore.
